The work begins with what already exists: public material, approved references, voice, imagery, boundaries, contradictions, practical needs and what should remain withheld. Discovery gathers evidence without inventing a more marketable person from outside.
DISTILL
Research becomes a smaller set of exact relationships. What repeats? What creates tension? What is recognizable without becoming a costume? Distillation separates genuine identity signals from category habits and decorative noise.
FRAME
The point of view becomes structure: what appears first, how language behaves, how images are handled, where interaction has consequence, how contact is approached and which information does not need to exist.
MAKE
Art direction, writing, interface and code are developed as one system. Responsive behavior is authored rather than reduced. Technical architecture stays proportional to the experience instead of becoming complexity for its own sake.
TEST
The work is tested for transferability, clarity, responsiveness, accessibility, performance, privacy and practical usefulness. A beautiful decision that could belong to anyone—or burdens the client without earning its place—does not survive unchanged.
TRANSFER
The finished place is prepared for publication and client control. Agreed domain access, website, source and approved assets remain with the client. Continued care is optional because sovereignty is part of the product.

Is the SILLURA method a template?
No. The internal discipline is repeatable because research, critique and production should be reliable. The visible result is not repeatable: it must change with the subject, context, material and actual problem.
Does every project need complex interaction?
No. Interaction is used when attention should produce a consequence or when it makes meaning, navigation or trust more exact. A still decision can be more specific than an elaborate one.
How does the method protect privacy?
Privacy is treated as a design and operating constraint: collect the minimum useful information, separate private working material from public permission, keep publication consent granular and avoid unnecessary dependence on third-party systems.
Why is ownership part of the method?
A distinctive website should leave the client with a stronger owned position, not a new dependency. Agreed control of the domain, finished site, source and approved assets therefore belongs inside the design decision—not after it.
How does collaboration work?
The default process is private and asynchronous. A link, voice note, folder or a few exact sentences can begin the work. Direction and revisions return in clear stages; live conversation is used when it solves something better, not as routine theatre.
